Youth Registration
3-2-1- Lets Goooooo!! Welcome to the Pack 443 Family! Your very first step in joining Pack 443 will be to complete a youth registration application. The yearly registration fee to join Pack 443 is $80. Once completed, application can be submitted and emailed to : covinacubscoutpack443@gmail.com. Registration payment may be made using Zelle to : covinacubscoutpack443@gmail.com, please ensure you write your scouts name in the memo line. Welcome to the Pack 443 family!
Uniforms
Once your application has been fully submitted to Pack 443 and then processed with GLAAC our (Greater Los Angeles Council) your scout will need a uniform. Because we are a Scoutreach Unit, the Council offers our new scouts a discount on our uniforms. The fee is only $60 and covers, belt, uniform shirt, neckerchief, slide, hat, unit patches and a scout book for their rank. Uniforms are only provided one time at this discounted fee. Please ensure you purchase 1-2 sizes up so they can grow into their uniform over the years. Scouts who are Kinder-3rd grade may wear jeans or blue school uniform bottoms. Scoutbook & Band App
Once your scout has been registered, you will have access to Scoutbook. This is a localized website where all your Scouts advancements, service hours, camping nights are logged with Scouting America. Please check your email for an invitation to join Scoutbook. Please ensure your logging in to help keep track of all your scouts advancements in order for scouts to receive acknowledgement and awards at our monthly Pack Meetings.
Our Pack uses the Band App on mobile devices for communication. Please ensure you ask your den leader to be added on to stay up to date on events, outings and meetings.

Meeting Information
Pack 443 meets regularly for meetings at First Presbyterian Church in Covina on the 1st, 3rd, and 4th Mondays of the Month from 7-8:15pm. In the event of an outing or change of venue families will be notified. Our current calendar can be found here :
Support Your Scout
Cub Scouting is a family run program, run by the families of scouts. Adult role models in Scouting provide an ideal learning experience for all youth. Every adult volunteer has something valuable to offer. On a typical weekend campout, Scouts might work with an adult volunteer who teaches the Fishing merit badge and with a Scout mom to learn orienteering, go on a 5-mile hike with another adult leader, and end the day learning how to clean and cook fresh fish from someone else.
The advantages of Scouting are not limited to youth. Adults also develop leadership and physical skills with every training experience.
How can you help? All parents are encouraged to pick one position to help with when they join. Here are a few ideas:
Assisting directly with Scouts on an ongoing basis

- Pinewood derby coordinator/committee member
